Maximize!

At 14 I thought I’d stumbled upon the secrets of arcane magic when I discovered the spell that manifests whatever you want out of thin air.

I found it in a little tumbledown 2nd hand book store ..quietly throbbing its signal to my young heart. My fingers tracked it to an innocuous maroon clothbound book from whose pages unfurled the most potent spell known to mankind.

Clad in ancient Egyptian ritual (to do what religions must and obscure our rational minds from the mind-reeling simplicity of reality re-shaping).

Want to know what it is??

aaah magic ..okay and a little pinch of mathematical reasoning to keep it stable

[This is the stripped down bare naked version (disrobed of lavish ceremony and ritual - which is quite fun so do endeavour to build in your own!)]

The simple spell to make whatever you want manifest out of thin air is:

oddly enough>> make a decision (what do you WANT), commit (in writing, to seal the contract if you will and put your order in (by getting some action in) … aah yes, and leave a little room for the faith factor :: to allow for the improbable to work its magic (x factor)

Howevermathematics is the language of the universe.. so let it solve for x.

a x (x) + b = c

a = (me); b = (action taken to show committment); c = my desired outcome/product .. x = (what has to happen beyond your control in order for it to happen – “synchronicity”)

Nature abhors a vacuum (x).. use physics to help you along… know what you want (c) and know you you are*(a), you start the movement (there is no matter without motion – Einsteinian physics) and the conditions for (x) will ( by simple (eye of Newt)onian physics) - HAVE to materialise by the fundamental laws of that underwrite physical reality. Easy peasy!

Smart beings appreciate a good logic puzzle every now & then – so rev up your imagination engine and give the old universe a problem it’ll thrill to solve ;-)

..so there we are: my version of the classic, and since we all seem to blog about our theories of goal-setting I didn’t want to be left out of the confession session.

(oh yeah, and actually the thrill of the World Cup :: anxiously :: anticipating goal scoring every night secretly inspired me!)

BTW If you don’t have a method magic or otherwise for reconstructing your reality – I heartily recommend Steve Pavlina who writes so clearly and convincingly about making life reorder the way you want it to, it almost makes me want to do something about mine (only joking :-P)

*okay this is the difficult bit – as was inscribed above the Oracle of Delphi “Know Thyself” – when we get that right we’ll never need call a psychic hotline again.
